The Spring Lake Climate Station is a joint project of Texas Stream Team, River Systems Institute, and the Edwards Aquifer Research and Data Center at Texas State University-San Marcos. The program includes a meteorological tower as well as a continuous water quality monitoring site. The Spring Lake Climate Station Program aims to:

To the meterological tower collects data every 15 minutes for wind speed and direction, air and water temperature, relative humidity, net radiation, soil moisture, and precipitation. Data is available for download below.
The following data is available for download. Files from August 2007 through May 2008 include climate data, and files from June 2008 through the present include both climate data and water quality data.
